Sorry it's been awhile, I've been busy and out of town a lot. But I've got some delicious, easy new receipes to try. Check out this spicy crockpot roast!
Ingredients:
- 3 pound roast - we got ours here
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 poblano pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can Rotel hot with habaneros
- 5 cloves garlic
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- cayenne
Directions:
- Chop your poblano, garlic, onion and peppers
- Throw your meat in the bottom of your crockpot
- Layer on all your ingredients
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Consume and serve with avocado
